Under normal use, the main parts and components of all height-adjustable desks are guaranteed for 5 years (calculated from the time when the product is delivered to the user), the motor quality is guaranteed for 2 years, and the electronic components are guaranteed for 2 years. Does not cover any problem caused by:
- Results caused by non-product material and process defects;
- Normal wear and tear caused by the passage of time, such as long-term direct light exposure, aging, temperature and humidity changes, etc;
- Due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines to misuse/abuse/negligence/improper maintenance/improper assembly/improper disassembly/improper cleaning or cleaning supplies/contact with sharp objects and other inappropriate methods or items caused by the use of the product;
- As a result of force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.
